Shipping Options
We offer FREE Ground shipping on Orders that are over $999.99. Free shipping is only eligible in the continental United States.
We offer the following rates:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3 Day
- UPS 2 Day
- UPS 1 Day
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Return Options
Stock Code: 1: 30 day return policy with restocking fee
Stock Code: 2: Returnable with manufacturer approval & with restocking fee
Stock Code: 3: Non-Cancellable / Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the order received date. Returned items must be in new, unused, original factory condition. It must include all original labels, product information/documentation, manuals and the product box. Returns are subject to our inspection and approval and may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product cost. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our Customer Service department.

Personalized and custom items are Non-Returnable. Shipping and handling charges are Non-Refundable.
For all returns and cancellations that "shipped free", a shipping charge equal to the cost of the round trip of the shipment will be withheld from the refund. It is important to save all packaging and not destroy boxes in case of a return.
